Who I Am and What I Do
I studied to be a licenced massage therapist at Keski-Pohjanmaan ammattiopisto, and got my degree in December 2020. I have been very active during my life and have tried multiple different sports, with horseriding, dance and acrobatics being closest to my heart. Because I like to push myself, I've become more interested in anatomy and how the human body works. This interest and the fact that I enjoy working with my hands led me down this path and I continuously use my experiences to learn better ways to treat every patient individually.
I have also undergone courses in FMT RockFloss & RockPods 2021, and also a course for sportsmassage and musclecare for athletes 2022.
In June 2023 i graduated as a sports massage therapist from Keski-Pohjanmaan ammattiopisto.
I took a short course in massaging the occlusal muscles in April 2024.

If needed I will perform movement and strength test before and after the massage, to optimize the treatment.

Classical or sports massage for bigger areas, or more specific problems. For example the legs.
MASSAGE FOR OCCLUSAL MUSCLES

The massage treats the facial area, the masticatory muscles from the inner surface of the cheeks and the throat, neck and shoulder area.
